Wine Tasting Event: Four California Varietals

February 25 | 4 – 6pm | Tuesday
Naples Center

California produces over 80% of American wines, and this lecture will introduce

help you understand the basics of food and wine pairing. We’ll learn how to
read a wine label, and also learn the professional “5-S” approach to sampling
wine. This process will help you appreciate the wines you enjoy even more.
