RULES/IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Limited trunk space available.

• Vehicle set-up begins at 5:30pm. Vehicles must arrive to the Check-In by 6:00pm. No traffic will be allowed into the event area after 6:00pm.
• Vehicles must be prepared to stay until the end of the event at 8:00pm. For safety purposes, vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking area until the event is over and area is cleared of children and families.
• Vehicle owners must decorate at least their trunks and are urged to dress in costume. You are encouraged to arrange fun games/activities at your vehicle for the kids, but not required.
• NO excessively spooky, loud or scary decorations.
• Each particantant will need to provide their own pre-packaged candy or treats. Other goodies such as pencils, fidgets, stickers, temporary tatoos, etc. can be used. Remember there is no age limit – Treaters age range can be infants to young teens.
• Trunk sponsors must provide their own tables, chairs, form of power if needed, tent, displays, etc. Business/Organization advertising is allowed. Selling of any kind is PROHIBITED.
• No open flames, fireworks or flammable materials allowed.
• Vehicles must be turned off during the entire event and CANNOT be left unattended at any time.
• Participants are responsible for cleaning your area before leaving.
• No political or inappropriate signage.
• All Trunks & volunteers will be photographed. This an Alcohol-Free Event.
