The four-course prix fixe dinner will showcase Cakebread’s signature Napa Valley wines, paired with dishes crafted by the resort’s award‑winning culinary team. Guests can expect an elegant, coastal-inspired dining experience.
The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and features four courses designed to complement the depth and character of the featured wines.
Guests will enjoy a menu designed to highlight the depth and warmth of each wine:
- First Course: Mini crab cake with wonton cracker, avocado aioli and micro greens; paired with Cakebread Cellars 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
- Second Course: Truffle wild mushroom ravioli with truffle cream demi sauce and arugula; paired with Bezel by the Cakebread Family 2024 San Luis Obispo Coast Pinot Noir
- Third Course: Cornmeal-dusted diver scallops with saffron risotto, saffron tuile and basil oil; paired with Cakebread Cellars 2023 Napa Valley Chardonnay
- Finale: Warm fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate ganache; paired with Mullan Road Cellars 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
