LMCU Named Business Partner of the Year by the Cape Coral Community Foundation
Cape Coral, FL. (December 24, 2024) – Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is proud to have won the Cape Coral Community Foundation’s 2024 Excellence in Nonprofit Performance Yearly (ENPY) Award for Business Partner of the Year.
This annual award honors a business that freely uses its resources, position, and prestige to personally invest in nonprofit organizations and help create a greater community impact. An ENPY Business Partner of the Year treats nonprofits’ missions as extensions of their own philosophy, acting as stewards for positive change.
Some of LMCU’s biggest nonprofit partnerships in 2024 included sponsoring and volunteering at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County’s Youth of the Year recognition event, as well as sponsoring the Southwest Florida Make-A-Wish® Walk for Wishes.
LMCU Vice President of Community Relations, Matt Cook, believes this Business Partner of the Year award reflects well on the credit union’s 90-year-strong commitment.
