Jasmine Carlos joins Red Sox Florida operations team
FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 8, 2025) – Jasmine Carlos has joined the Boston Red Sox as Coordinator, Florida Events and Operations.
A Houston native, Carlos has been with the Red Sox since 2023 when she started as a Spring Training intern.
In her new position, she oversees community relations for Southwest Florida, the annual Red Sox Scholarship Program and assists with the event operations and the Customer Service teams at JetBlue Park at Fenway South.
Carlos played an integral role in bringing the Savannah Banana’s to JetBlue Park in 2025. She is also helping lead the operation of bringing the first major concert to inside JetBlue Park when the Red Sox host Luke Bryan on June 14th, 2025.
She is a graduate of Lyon College where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing. Carlos previously worked for the Houston Astros with their 2022 World Series team.
