Henderson Franklin Welcomes Aaron Haak as a Stockholder in Business Litigation and Construction Law

Haak brings more than 25 years of experience in construction law and business litigation, advising and representing businesses, developers, contractors, and property owners throughout Southwest Florida. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law.

Haak’s practice focuses on construction disputes and complex business litigation, including contract and defect claims, lien and collection matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, accounting and financial disputes, restrictive covenants, real estate disputes, and internal governance issues.

Haak joins Henderson Franklin after serving as in-house counsel to a multi-entity development and operating company involved in luxury residential development, hospitality operations, and corporate management. Earlier in his career, he was an equity partner at a Fort Myers law firm, where he built and managed a broad civil litigation practice for more than two decades, handling matters in state and federal courts.
