Don’t miss your chance to take home a special treasure while making a meaningful impact! 🛎️ How to Bid on Auction Items We’re using AuctionFrogs for our after-sale auction. Use your phone, tablet, or computer to place bids on after-sale auction items. This after-sale is completely online and even if you did not attend the Gala, you are still welcome to bid on items! You must set up your account and add payment information in order to bid on items. Already have an account? If you attended the gala on March 1, you likely created an account already! Simply log in on our auction site. If you forgot your password, you can reset it on the login page. No account? No problem! Go to our auction site. Set up your username, password, and add payment information and you’ll be ready to bid! You must have an account and a credit card on file to participate in the auction. After-sale auction purchases will be paid via the card on file. 1️⃣ Register Your Account & Add Your Credit Card: Visit our auction site. Click on “Register” at the top right corner. Fill in your name, email address, and create a secure password. Confirm your registration via email. IMPORTANT: You must have a credit card on file to place a bid. Add your card in advance to make your night smoother! 2️⃣ Browse Auction Items: Log in and explore auction items by category or use the search bar. Click an item to see details, starting bid, and images. 3️⃣ Place Your Bid: Enter your bid amount and click “Place Bid.” If you’re outbid, you’ll be notified so you can bid again. 4️⃣ Automatic Bidding (Proxy Bidding): Set a maximum bid, and AuctionFrogs will bid for you up to that amount. 5️⃣ After-Sale Auction – Closes at midnight on March 26: Be sure to get your bids in before the auction closes! Credit cards on file will be used for after-sale auction payments. 6️⃣ Winning the Auction & Payment: If you win, you’ll receive an email confirma- tion with payment and item collection details. After Sale Auction Payments: Credit cards on file will be used. 7️⃣ Item Pickup Purchased items will be available for pick up at the Gulf Coast Sym- phony office beginning on Friday, March 24 between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
