Goodwill Announces Grand Opening of new Estero Store
Estero, Florida – Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida (SWFL) is thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of the new Estero Goodwill with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8 a.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025. The new store at 10041 Estero Town Commons Place, is just a half-mile from Goodwill’s previous location.

Goodwill planed the move due to the ongoing expansion of the Estero area and after already outgrowing the old Estero location at 10351 Corkscrew Commons Drive. Seagate Development Group completed the build of the much-anticipated new 21,800-square-foot Goodwill store, on the southeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway in Estero Town Commons.
Refreshments will be available at 7:30 a.m. the morning of the Grand Opening, and $10 Goodwill gift cards will be given to the first 100 shoppers. Doors open immediately after the 8 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.
