Community Cooperative Collaborates with Midwest Food Bank to Expand Reach with New Mobile Food Pantry Location in Immokalee

FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 12, 2025) – Community Cooperative is excited to announce the addition of a new mobile pantry location in Immokalee to its distribution schedule. This addition will help ensure that residents in Immokalee who need food assistance have direct access to the organization’s resources, addressing the growing demand for food distribution in the community.
As part of its ongoing commitment to meet the community’s needs, Community Cooperative has worked diligently to expand its outreach and increase its impact. With Immokalee now included in the mobile food pantry schedule, individuals and families will have easier access to essential food supplies.
This initiative has been made possible through a partnership with Midwest Food Bank, which will supply the food for distribution. Midwest Food Bank’s generous support allows Community Cooperative to continue its mission of alleviating hunger and providing resources to those in need.
The Immokalee mobile pantry will be available on the second Thursday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fellowship Church of Immokalee, located at 1411 Lake Trafford Road, Immokalee, FL 34142.
