Christina Martinez Joins Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate Department

With over a decade of experience in real estate law, she has handled a wide range of real estate transactions, including commercial deals involving hotels, offices, shopping centers, and apartment buildings. Martinez earned her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, where she received the Lori Hodges Sklar Academic Excellence Award. She also holds a Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Miami. Before joining Henderson Franklin, Martinez honed her skills at a prominent Miami law firm, representing clients in multi-million-dollar commercial real estate transactions.
