South Seas Resort has officially opened Captiva Landing, a vibrant new aqua adventure designed to bring families together through shared experiences, flexible recreation and island-inspired fun.
Now welcoming guests at the south end of the 330-acre resort, Captiva Landing spans more than 2.5 acres of immersive freshwater attractions and is exclusively available to registered South Seas guests and Club Captiva owners. The new water feature enhances the resort’s growing collection of family-focused amenities while offering experiences for guests of all ages.
“South Seas has always been a place where generations of families come together to create memories, and with the opening of Captiva Landing, the resort is well positioned to become the number one family destination in the U.S.,” said Shawn Farrell, general manager of South Seas. “The kids can head to the slides or play in the arcade while others can relax on the lazy river. Parents and grandparents can enjoy lunch at a shady spot under an umbrella or choose to jump in and join the kids. With options for all ages, families have the freedom to explore while still sharing those moments together.”
