CAC Reimagined Raises Over $280,000 to Support Children and Families in Southwest Florida
FORT MYERS, FL — April 13, 2026 — The Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida (CACSWFL) proudly announces the success of its Second Annual CAC Reimagined, held on March 26, 2026, at The Alderman House in Downtown Fort Myers. The inspiring evening brought together community leaders, philanthropists, and advocates and raised over $280,000 to support children impacted by abuse and neglect.
Chaired by Jake Spanberger, Founder of Entech, CAC Reimagined doubled its fundraising total from the previous year, demonstrating the growing commitment of the Southwest Florida community to protecting and healing children.
“We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible generosity of our community,” said Alicia Shannon, CEO of CACSWFL. “Because of our supporters, we are able to expand critical services and continue walking alongside children and families on their path to healing.”
The event highlighted the mission of the Children’s Advocacy Center and the life changing impact of its programs, which provide prevention, intervention, and treatment services for children and families across the region.
CACSWFL extends its deepest appreciation to its dedicated Board of Directors, whose leadership and commitment help guide the organization’s vision, as well as the many generous donors and supporters who made the evening possible.
Special recognition is given to the event’s Constellation Sponsors: Entech, Office of the Lee County Sheriff, Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats, and Storm Smart. Additional thanks to the Guiding Star Sponsors: Clinger, Sizemore, and Associates – Merrill Lynch, Priority Business Solutions, Suncoast Credit Union, and St. Francis Xavier Catholic School. Their partnership and investment in the mission were instrumental in the event’s success.
“CAC Reimagined is a reflection of what is possible when a community comes together for a shared purpose,” said Event Chair Jake Spanberger. “We are proud to support the Children’s Advocacy Center and the vital work they do every day.”
Funds raised from CAC Reimagined will directly support the Center’s efforts to expand services, meet increasing community needs, and provide hope and healing for children and families in Southwest Florida.
