Avow expands the future of health care in Southwest Florida with strategic property acquisition in Lee County
Naples, Fla. (August 26, 2026) — Avow is pleased to announce the acquisition of property at 14590 Hope Center Loop in Hope Preserve, Fort Myers, representing an important step in the organization’s continued expansion of services for patients and families throughout Southwest Florida.
With a 44-year history of providing compassionate, not-for-profit care, Avow is expanding its presence in Lee County to make high-quality hospice, palliative care, home health, and grief and loss support more accessible to the growing community. The Hope Preserve property will provide a future home for an approximately 40,000-square-foot Avow facility designed first and foremost to serve patients, families, children, and adults throughout the region.
Current plans envision an inpatient hospice house; an outpatient palliative care clinic; grief and loss support for adults and children; and Medicare-certified home health services. The facility will also provide space for Avow’s hospice and other care teams, along with the
flexibility to accommodate future programs and services as community needs evolve.
“This acquisition represents an important investment in the future of care for Lee County and Southwest Florida,” said Avow President and CEO Jaysen Roa. “Our vision is to create a place where individuals and families can access compassionate, mission-driven care and support through every stage of serious illness, caregiving, loss and grief. Establishing a permanent home in Hope Preserve will allow Avow to serve more people, expand access to our programs and build upon the standard of quality our organization has provided for more than four decades.”
The acquisition advances a key pillar of Avow’s strategic plan and further strengthens the organization’s long-term commitment to serving communities across Southwest Florida.
