The bourbon dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and features a four‑course menu crafted by JWB Grill’s culinary team. Guests will enjoy bold, bourbon‑inspired dishes paired with handcrafted cocktails featuring premium labels like EH Taylor Single Barrel, Stagg, Eagle Rare 10‑Year and Buffalo Trace, creating a relaxed yet refined dining experience that celebrates America’s signature spirit.
Guests will enjoy a menu designed to highlight the depth and warmth of each bourbon:
- First Course: Bourbon brisket taco bite paired with a Sunset Hour cocktail featuring EH Taylor Single Barrel
- Second Course: Provoletta raclette with artisan sausage paired with a Stagg bourbon cocktail
- Third Course: Slow‑cooked bourbon pork ribs with salmon croquets paired with Eagle Rare 10‑Year
- Finale: Smoked bourbon peach crumble paired with a Blackberry Bourbon Smash
The bourbon dinner is $145 per person and includes bourbon pairings, tax, gratuity and valet parking. Space is limited, and reservations are required.
