Jay Johnson

Board Chair, Bubba's Roadhouse & Saloon

Jay Johnson, with over 30 years in the culinary and hospitality industries, owns Bubba’s Roadhouse and Saloon, overseeing all operations including purchasing, HR, marketing, and accounting. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver, with a focus on hotel and restaurant management. Previously, he managed hotels and resorts, a local rock band, and advised on the web show “Taste of Music.” Active in Southwest Florida, Jay chairs the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, is Vice Chair of the Cape Coral Chamber, and serves on the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s State board, Lee County Tourist Development Council, and Horizon Council.
