UPDATE: Corporate Transparency Act’s Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Is Back In Effect

Businesses must resume compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA)
following a court ruling that lifted a prior injunction. Most reporting companies
now have until March 21, 2025, to submit their Beneficial Ownership Information
Reports (BOIR) to FinCEN.
