Using a variety of materials, such as stained glass, beads, stone, wood, etc. you will create your own unique Mosaic Tree. You may even bring your own sentimental trinkets, such as jewelry or beads, to personalize your tree. Day 1 of the workshop will consist of arranging and building your creation, Day 2 will be grouting and finishing, and will be a shorter day. Visit our Website ![]() Hula Dance November 10th 4:30PM – 5:15PM 5:15PM – 6:15PM Marliss’ classes include basic instruction in the style of Hawaiian, Tahitian, Maori and Samoan including mastering performance dances and songs. Students ages 3 – 9 practice from 4:30-5:15 p.m. Students 10 and older practice from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. Performances are held around the community 3-4 times a year. Twice a week, on Monday and Weds Alliance Youth Theatre Director, Carmen Crussard will teach lessons that build on the previous week’s lesson and practice. Learn More ![]() The Great Acting Teachers and Their Methods (Ages 14-18) 6 Mondays and Wednesdays November 13th – December 6th 7:45PM – 8:45PM In this course, students will be introduced to some of the greatest Acting teachers of our time.Using the book as our guide, Alliance Youth Theatre Director, Carmen Crussard will guide students to discuss, practice, and critique methods presented. Students will complete weekly assigned readings on their own. The first 30 minutes of each class will be dedicated to a discussion of the topics in the book. The last 45 minutes of each session will be dedicated to practicing each method using scripted scenes. Loaner books will be provided for the workshop but must be returned.
