North Fort Myers, FL (Aug. 16, 2023) – SVN Commercial Partners (SVNCP) continues to close on significant transactions, is adding to an already experienced staff and now is preparing for the fall opening of a new downtown Fort Myers location. From the new HQ location, located at 1617 Hendry Street (the former Richards building) in the Historic Downtown River District, the team will continue to provide local expertise and asset class specialty in all “food groups” of commercial real estate.
Highlighting recent Lee County transactions are the disposition of the former Buc-ee’s site at SR 82 and I-75, the Kittle Acquisition of a prime multifamily site, the HideAway Village sale on Fort Myers Beach, the Royal Palm Square acquisition, and the future home of Gerzeny RV. These transactions represent $36.25 million in transaction value and were led by Bryan Myers, Tiffany Luongo, Lori Albion, Ron Zeigler, and Daniel Miller.
The significant Alessio Holdings sale to The Gerzeny Family Partnership for $9.25 million was referred from the SVNCP Sarasota office. A team of experts was assembled to help close the complex transaction in less than 60 days. The deal also includes an option to acquire more land in two years.

The Fort Myers roster now includes 12 team members led by Bryan Myers, Tiffany Luongo, Corrie Gates, Lori Albion, and now former Lee County Commissioner John Albion. The production on both coasts has led SVNCP to be a top 10 office nationally within SVN.
