FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 5, 2018) – Stevens Construction has completed MidWestOne Bank, located at 8690 Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
 
The project consisted of the new construction of a 6,689-square-foot bank with seven offices, conference room, lobby, coffee bar, tellers and drive-thru. The bank features a welcoming interior with walnut and natural maple veneer cabinetry, stone accents and backlit wall panels in the teller stations. This is MidWestOne Bank’s first free-standing Florida location.
 
The Stevens Construction team included project manager, Michael Waskiewicz, superintendent, Mark Battaglia, and project administrator, Rebeccah Hamilton. Christopher J. Lee Architects, Inc. provided architectural services and Benson & Associates Interior Design was the interior designer.
