CAPE CORAL, Fla. (Oct. 18, 2019) – Stevens Construction has started construction of Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital, an 11,630-square-foot, 24-hour facility, announced Dan Adams, vice president and partner.

Located at 1141 Country Club Blvd. in Cape Coral, Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital will include 20 exam rooms, X-ray, four operating rooms, treatment area, outdoor run, pharmacy and lab. Slated for completion in summer 2020, Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital will also house separate dog and cat wards.

The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Jon Zander; superintendent, Mark Battaglia and Angie Sugg as project administrator. The architect of record is Ronald J. Melvin.
