Fort Myers, FL (January 30, 2019) – Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Southwest Florida, Inc. is pleased to announce Frank Mazzeo, Jr., DDS as the recipient of the Charities’ Annual President’s Award. Dr. Mazzeo is President/CEO of Family Health Centers (FHC) of Southwest Florida. FHC is the Clinical Service Provider for the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Program operating in Lee, Charlotte and Hendry counties.
The President’s Distinguished Service Award went to Eric Sandberg in recognition and appreciation of continuing guidance and contributions in advancing the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Florida, Inc. Representing the Martin-Brower Company, a McDonald’s distributor in South Florida, Mr. Sandberg has been involved with RMHC since the house first opened its doors in 1996. He has been actively engaged in fundraising efforts for the house since 1987.
