Fall 2022 Schedule
Fall Session starts October 6th
Sign up for Fall sessions of Guests First, a free educational program that offers customer service skills training to front-line and management professionals throughout Lee County. This training offers a unique opportunity for participants to enhance their self-awareness, engage in group activities, and have fun.
The program consists of eight modules, each lasting 2.5 hours. The classes are held at industry partner locations throughout Lee County. Those who successfully complete the Guests First program and pass the American Hotel Lodging & Education Institute (AHLEI) examination will earn the globally recognized credentials of a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP).
