Pure Florida offers Independence Day sunset cruises to view fireworks in Naples and Fort Myers

NAPLES and FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 24, 2018) – Pure Florida will be offering families a unique way to celebrate Independence Day in Southwest Florida with on-the-water views of the fireworks show after sunset while enjoying the natural beauty of our coastal waterways and observing the wildlife native to the region. Fireworks cruises will depart both Naples and Fort Myers at 7:15 p.m. and return at 10:15 p.m.  In Naples, passengers can enjoy a lively celebration aboard the M/V Double Sunshine departing from the historic Tin City, located at 1200 Fifth Ave. S. The cruise will feature American inspired cuisine and entertaining narration from Pure Florida’s captain, followed by a fireworks show from the Naples Pier. Tickets for the Naples cruise are available for $95 per person for cruise and buffet access. Drinks will be available for purchase onboard.  In Fort Myers, guests can enjoy the sights along the Caloosahatchee River at sunset aboard the M/V Edison Explorer which departs from The Marina at Edison Ford, located at 2360 W. First St. A knowledgeable Coast Guard certified captain will offer a historical narration of local waterways and the environment. The cruise will feature American inspired light appetizers and desserts, and will stop to enjoy the fireworks show from downtown Fort Myers. Tickets for the Fort Myers cruise are available for $65 per person. Guests receive a voucher for one complimentary beverage and access to the light fare and desserts. Additional drinks will be available for purchase onboard. While Pure Florida cannot guarantee animal sightings in the wild, the captain will alert passengers to dolphins, eagles, manatee, native birds and more.
