FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 7, 2018) – Priority Marketing was recently honored for excellence in video production earning a Telly Award in the category of “Non-Broadcast – Fund Raising.” To increase awareness about the need for pediatric mental and behavioral health care and to reach SWFL Children’s Charities’ monetary goal to support the initiative, Priority Marketing produced a captivating video that aired before 350 guests during the 2017 Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest.

The award-winning video was played during the fund-a-need portion of the live auction and featured alarming statistics on the numbers of youth diagnosed with mental illnesses and the heart-wrenching testimony of a local mother who lost her teenage son to suicide. Deeply moved, attendees raised their bid paddles bringing in $1 million towards funding for a comprehensive pediatric mental health care program in Southwest Florida.

Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding excellence in local, regional, cable television commercials, non-broadcast video and television programming.
