FORT MYERS, Fla., (March 19, 2018) – Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K) has completed construction of Creative World School in Gateway, which will be Creative World’s third franchise in Southwest Florida.
The 13,000-square-foot Gateway facility, located at 11961 Fairway Lakes Drive in Fort Myers, opened March 5 and can accommodate up to 255 children ages 3 months through 5 years. A before- and after-school program will be available for students ages 6 to 10 years.

The new facility includes age level-appropriate classrooms, a kitchen, offices and multiple outdoor play areas. A grand opening celebration will be held on April 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Creative World School. The celebration is free and open to the community and will include free food and family-friendly activities.

Matt Hoffman served as full-time project manager and superintendent for O-A-K. Other key team members include Abel Natali as estimator, Matt Zwack as chief safety officer, Mike Woods as general superintendent and Dave Dale as principal-in-charge. The project’s architect was Michael Patterson with Architects Interiors, Inc. and the site civil engineer was AE Site.
