The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau’s (VCB) newsletter is your guide to Hurricane Ian recovery efforts.

Recovery is coming: Hurricane Ian was unable to take away our resilience
There are few words to express the emotions we are all experiencing. What Hurricane Ian was unable to take away from us is our resilience.

I am privileged to be working with each of you and a seasoned team at the VCB. We have steered through countless crises before and we will do so again. That’s what we do. And with the unwavering leadership of the Lee Board of County Commissioners, we have all rolled up our sleeves and stand shoulder to shoulder to support each other and move forward, one step at a time.

Collectively we are already working to rebuild our hospitality industry and a recovery plan that will allow us to welcome back tourists.

We are so grateful to be part of this community. Please know that your strength is greater than you realize. The staff at the VCB is here to support you.
