Welcome to the Mind, Body and Soul Mini-Retreat to inspire and cultivate creativity!
Join us for a 3-hour class designed to enhance your creative side, deeply relax and restore
contentment, featuring restorative yoga, crystal bowls meditation, and a simple but
enlightening art exercise with renowned artist Julie Dean Griffin, Christar Damiano LMT,
and Flying Heart Yoga founder, Carla Hyde. The schedule will begin with an hour of gentle
restorative yoga on the mat and a creative visualization with Carla Hyde, followed by
50 minutes of crystal bowls vibrational sound bath in relaxation pose with Christar Damiano.
After a 10-minute break for tea and snacks, the last hour is dedicated to enhancing creativity
and problem-solving with a sacred geometry coloring exercise with renowned artist,
Julie Dean Griffin. Bring your mat, 1-2 blankets, and a small pillow to make the
most of your experience.

Join Us for a very special Family ArtLab! We’ll be making a surprise gift to celebrate
the moms in your life. Whether your mother, grandmother, aunt or dear neighbor- she’s
sure to love this thoughtful, handmade creation!   Drop in for this free, hands-on activity
from 10 a.m. to noon. Recommended for ages 3 and older, but all ages and abilities are
encouraged to participate. One gift per participating child please!

Bits and Pieces: The Realm Of Creation

Florida abstract painter, Margaret Schnebly Hodge, is widely known as a
serious large format painter with a mastery of brushstroke and color. In the
Theatre Lobby Gallery: Barbara Yeomans. Barbara Yeomans is a Florida-based
painter and printmaker. For the past 30 years, her work has shown in galleries,
museums and various arts organizations in the US and abroad.

 
Step-by-Step Batik School’s In  

May 12, 9:30 am- 4:00 pm

If you’re looking for an intriguing art experience, this is the class for you.
Utilizing a technique that originated in Indonesia called Batik, you will be
working with multiple templates on Ginwashi rice paper, using melted wax
and watercolor to create a beautiful painting that will boast a fabric-like finish.  

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, you will thoroughly
enjoy this distinctive creative process, but do not hesitate to enroll.


 
Beginning Painting with Eunique (16+)  

May 11, 6-8:00 pm  

Join us for the fun, low pressure intro to painting workshop.
Each session will be educational and creative, as we create art
and learn history, all while loosening up and enjoying ourselves.
The objective is to know that it’s fun art but also fine art and
how to express yourself through a brush when you can’t find
the words to do so. Grab your friends and try something new!

The Broadway Palm/Alliance for the Arts Musical Theatre Camp is back this year and better than ever!
Focusing on high quality training for students of all ages – campers will get a peek into the life and
training of professional musical theatre actors right on the Broadway Palm Stage. Geared towards students
looking to expand their training in singing, dancing and acting – this year we have weeks designated for
various age ranges so everyone gets a chance to join in the fun! 

Campers will have the unique opportunity to work with professional actors from Broadway Palm’s 
current production of The Little Mermaid. 

Each week will culminate in performance on a Broadway Palm stage where every student gets
a chance to shine.  Spots are limited to 15 campers, so enroll early!
