 May 8-May 14, 2023  Mind, Body and Soul Mini Retreat Join Us May 12th-1:00PM-4:00PM Welcome to the Mind, Body and Soul Mini-Retreat to inspire and cultivate creativity! Join us for a 3-hour class designed to enhance your creative side, deeply relax and restore contentment, featuring restorative yoga, crystal bowls meditation, and a simple but enlightening art exercise with renowned artist Julie Dean Griffin, Christar Damiano LMT, and Flying Heart Yoga founder, Carla Hyde. The schedule will begin with an hour of gentle restorative yoga on the mat and a creative visualization with Carla Hyde, followed by 50 minutes of crystal bowls vibrational sound bath in relaxation pose with Christar Damiano. After a 10-minute break for tea and snacks, the last hour is dedicated to enhancing creativity and problem-solving with a sacred geometry coloring exercise with renowned artist, Julie Dean Griffin. Geared towards students looking to expand their training in singing, dancing and acting – this year we have weeks designated for various age ranges so everyone gets a chance to join in the fun! Campers will have the unique opportunity to work with professional actors from Broadway Palm’s current production of The Little Mermaid.
