FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 13, 2019) – Lee BIA Builders Care, the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA), has announced April 7 as the date for its 10th annual BBQ, Bands & Brew event, presented by All Star Equipment Rentals & Sales.
Celebrating this milestone year, the event will feature some of Southwest Florida’s top pit masters competing for the title of “Best BBQ in Town,” live music from local headlining bands, numerous vendors, and fun-filled activities for all ages including a lively cornhole tournament and a children’s play area with face-painting, games and more.
“BBQ, Bands & Brew has grown into our largest annual fundraising event, and its steady growth over the years has enabled us to help make a difference in the lives of more local homeowners and families in need,” said Becky Swift, executive director of Lee BIA Builders Care. “Every dollar raised stays right here in this community, and we’re thrilled to celebrate a decade of this event’s continued success and positive impact for our neighbors who need it most. We’re looking forward to making our 10th annual BBQ, Bands & Brew one to remember.”
