Event to reconnect and repurpose within the Southwest Florida community
FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 24, 2018) – Many locals look to score special finds at local garage sales over the Summer months.  However, for those who live in gated communities and developments, there are restrictions and permits required in hosting garage sales within their communities.  HelloSWFL has found a solution for those looking for options with the “Junk in the Trunk Fest”, the area’s largest Community Yard Sale to be held at the Alliance for the Arts on September 15th from 9am – 2pm. They will also be hosting a Cape Coral event at Four Freedom’s Park on October 13th from 9am – 2pm.
At Junk in the Trunk Fest, you’ll find housewares, furniture, kid’s stuff, antiques, memorabilia, jewelry, collectibles, and all kinds of treasures! Grab a friend and head on down for a fun day of shopping and bargain hunting!!
We are currently seeking yardsalers, crafters, vintage resellers, vendors, food trucks and businesses of all kinds to join us for the event. Donations of unsold items can be made to various participating organizations in need.
For those interested in participating, you can visit https://goo.gl/LHq3EG to receive additional information on how to get involved. You can also access event details by visiting HelloSWFL on Facebook or on Eventbrite.com.
