GATES Construction Completes Clearwater Retail Plaza

CLEARWATER, Fla.  (August 22, 2018) – GATES Construction has completed the Clearwater Retail Plaza located at 2849 Gulf to Bay Boulevard in Clearwater, Florida. The brand new retail center accommodates multiple store fronts with high visibility on Gulf to Bay Boulevard. GATES oversaw the project from its Sarasota office located at 2 North Tamiami Trail, Suite 204, in One Sarasota Tower. The project was developed by Blue Current Development located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Architectural design services were provided by Ai Collaborative, Inc.
