NAPLES, Fla. (May 24, 2018) – GATES Construction has begun construction on Carl’s White Glove Personal Storage & Wine Vault located at 11201 Tamiami Trail East in Naples across from Treviso Bay. Carl’s White Glove Personal Storage & Wine Vault will consist of a 3-story, 90,972 SF climate controlled building. 3,000 SF of the building will be dedicated to wine storage and be fully equipped with emergency back-up power to maintain temperature and humidity during any power outage. The project is slated for completion late 2018. Design services are being provided by MHK Architecture & Planning.
