FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 30, 2019) — A sales plan gives companies a path to success. The Above Board Chamber of Florida is offering area businesses a chance to learn how to create or enhance their own sales plans through a pair of luncheon seminars.

“Sales plans lay out your sales team objectives, your sales process, and your sales strategies, and they define how you will measure success,” said Jeanne Sweeney, founder of the Above Board Chamber of Florida. “But many small businesses don’t have a sales plan or fail to address the key elements that make a sales plan most effective, making it hard for them to measure and improve their overall sales performance.”

Expert panels will help business leaders make the necessary adjustments, with the Collier County seminar slated for Monday, June 10, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Hilton Naples on 5111 Tamiami Trail N. • Susan Ryan, founder and CEO of Creative Business Coaches.
  • Mitch Norgart, Gulf Coast International Properties realtor.
