Design concepts revealed for Southwest Florida Ronald McDonald House at Project Design Pre-Construction Party
FORT MYERS, FL – Project Design 2016 SWFL interior designers, sponsors, and vendors along with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Florida® (RMHCSWFL) Board members, staff, and supporters gathered at the new Kravet Inc. Showroom in Naples on November 12th for a Pre-Construction Party to reveal plans for the upcoming makeover of the Ronald McDonald House in Fort Myers. Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Southwest Florida Ronald McDonald House in 2016, 20 designers will revamp 20 spaces in the House for Project Design 2016 SWFL.
Acclaimed interior designer and television star Thom Filicia will serve as honorary design chair for the project and will appear at the Grand Reveal on March 3rd to showcase the redesigned “home away from home” for families with children receiving treatment at the nearby Golisano Children’s Hospital.
Along with Filicia, Design Chair Suzanne Costa of Suzanne Costa Interiors is leading the project that will help provide even more comforting accommodations to the 135+ families served by RMHCSWFL each year and improve the family-centered care they provide through their programs. Participating designers include Constance A. Trutwin Interiors, Dwayne Bergmann, Elliott Design & Interiors, Ficarra Design Associates, Interiors by Design West, J.A. Willy Gallery, Jeffrey Fisher Home, Jett & Company, Inc., Jett Thompson Antiques and Interiors, Kahn Design Group, KW Development & Design, KVS Interiors, Mercedes Courland Interiors, Pure Design of Naples, Roz Travis Interiors, Schlegel Design Group, Soho Kitchens & Design, Suzanne Costa Interiors, Vanessa DeLeon, Wright Interior Group, and Weglarz Design.
The design boards will again be on display at The Luxury Home Show presented by Home & Design Magazine at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort in Naples on January 8th and 9th at the RMHCSWFL booth.
