CAPE CORAL, Fla. (Feb. 5, 2019) – Former U.S. Marine and Army National Guard Sgt. Bryan Blackwell will officially enter the 2020 election for Florida House of Representatives, District 77. The seat is being vacated by term limited Rep. Dane Eagle. Blackwell, a longtime resident of Cape Coral, has spent a lifetime in service to our community and nation and will focus on supporting President Trump, safeguarding Florida from illegal aliens, working with Governor DeSantis on saving the Caloosahatchee River from toxic blue-green algae and investing in infrastructure and healthcare.
“My military career taught me the value of a life of service and giving back, and I want to continue giving back to the place that I’ve called home for the last 28 years,” said Blackwell. “We need leaders in Tallahassee who’ll fight for what we believe in here, and I am ready to answer that call.”
