Harmony in Sensation: A Sensory-Friendly Concert April 27 | 3:00 PM Music & Arts Community Center 13411 Shire Ln, Fort Myers, FL 33912 Following the success of the season’s first sensory-friendly performance, Harmony in Sensation returns with another uplifting and inclusive concert—designed especially for individuals with autism and related disabilities, and open to all. This unique performance by the Gulf Coast Symphony Fellows reimagines the concert- going experience to be welcoming, flexible, and joyful for audience members of all abilities. New for This Performance: Choose What You Pay To make the experience even more accessible, this concert introduces a Choose What You Pay ticketing model—$0, $10, $20, $30, or $40. Guests are encouraged to select the price point that works best for them. Those able to pay more are helping support this innovative program and the Gulf Coast Symphony Fellowship initiative. What to Expect: – An inclusive, sensory-considerate environment – Dimmed lights and softened sound – Freedom to move, enter, and exit as needed – Fidget tools, feather boas, scarves, and quiet/cool-down areas – Sound-dampening headphones available (or bring your own) This program is designed with individuals with sensory needs in mind, but all are welcome to attend. Attendees are asked to be respectful and understanding of those who may experience the concert differently.
