Henderson Franklin Litigator Steven Gendreau Appointed to
Charlotte County Bar Association Board of Directors
Fort Myers, Fla. – The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that attorney Steven Gendreau has been appointed to the Charlotte County Bar Association Board of Directors as Member-at-Large following a special meeting of the Board.

Gendreau focuses his practice on tort and insurance litigation, representing individuals, businesses, municipalities, public entities, and law enforcement agencies in negligence, liability, and maritime matters. His experience includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, construction defect, dog bite, general negligence, and admiralty claims. He also counsels clients on proactive risk management strategies to reduce liability exposure and avoid litigation whenever possible.
