Henderson Franklin continues to grow to meet the legal needs of our community. Most recently, we welcomed three impressive new attorneys whose backgrounds bring fresh perspectives to our litigation and business practices:

• Kendall Coughlin — Tort & Insurance Litigation, Fort Myers. A top-10% graduate of Ave Maria School of Law, Kendall built a successful career in Southwest Florida’s luxury real estate industry before pursuing law. Her experience managing high-stakes projects gives her a unique client-service mindset in complex civil litigation.

• Madeline Hailer — Business Litigation, Naples. Madeline joins after completing two federal clerkships with Chief U.S. District Judge Michael McShane and Magistrate Judge Mark Clarke in Oregon. Her deep research and writing background strengthen our ability to handle complex commercial disputes.

• Alex Polidan — Tort & Insurance Litigation, Fort Myers. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal recipient, Alex graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. His military leadership and disciplined approach now support clients in personal injury defense and insurance matters .
