2nd Annual ARCHway-CBHC Charity
Tennis Mixer-Pool Party-Silent Auction March 20th, 2020
On March 20th, ARCHway will be holding its 2nd Annual Charity Tennis-Pool Party-Silent Auction at Twin Isles Country Club in Punta Gorda, Florida.
ARCHway is excited to announce our Tennis Event has become one of a number of Charity Tennis Events in the area. We would like to thank local Tennis Pro Jak Beardsworth for his support of ARCHway and our mission of supporting recovery. You can learn more about the Tennis Charity Series by going to http://www.jakbeardsworthtennis.com/about/pg-charity-slam.php. We would also like to thank Bob Blazekovic for organizing the mixer at Twin Isles.
In addition to tennis, many people come to the afternoon pool party to join in the awards ceremony and participate in the Silent Auction. ARCHway is always looking for Sponsors and needs Silent Auction Donations. Please contact Dan Stuckey at 314-452-4982 if you are interested in participating, would like to become an event sponsor or want to donate a Silent Auction item.
Many people make it a two-day affair and play in the Tennis event the first day and the Golf event the second day. There is special pricing if you participate in both.
On March 21st, ARCHway will be holding its 6th Annual Charity Golf-Lunch-Silent Auction at Twin Isles Country Club in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Half the proceeds from both the Tennis and Golf events will be donated to CBHC to be used with CBHC & Sheriff Prummell’s “Addiction Recovery Initiative.” The other proceeds from the event will be used as Scholarships in Southwest Florida to help individuals get into a Recovery program who currently cannot because of financial barriers.
ARCHway has invited Colton Baker from St Louis, MO to be the lunch speaker. Colton is in recovery and works as a Peer Support Specialist. At ARCHway, he is our Care Coordinator and helps families find resources around the country for families.
In addition to golf, many people come to lunch to listen to the speaker and participate in the Silent Auction. ARCHway is always looking for Sponsors and needs Silent Auction Donations. Please contact Dan Stuckey at 314-452-4982 if you are interested in participating, would like to become an event sponsor or want to donate a Silent Auction item.
ARCHway Charity Comedy Night at Visani in Port Charlotte a Huge Success
What a fantastic ARCHway Charity Night at Visani Comedy Club in Port Charlotte, Florida. Sixty people supported ARCHway which was a sell out for the tickets ARCHway had to sell.
$990 was raised from this event which went in the Charlotte County HOPE Sponsorship of the ARCHway HOPE Fund. This money will be used for Scholarships in Southwest Florida for someone wanting to start their journey at a MAT Treatment Center or to cover 1st month’s rent at a structured Sober Living Facility. These scholarships are granted to individuals seeking professional help but cannot get it due to financial barriers.

Thank you to all who came out for a few laughs. Visani did an awesome job of helping all of us to enjoy a great night while helping others.

ARCHway Releases $3,500 in Grants for Scholarships In Florida as Part of The Holiday HOPE Campaign & Relapse Prevention Program In December
Scholarships Were Made Possible by our ARCHway HOPE Fund Sponsorships in the Florida Area
ARCHway has released more than $250,000 in Grants as Scholarships in our 7-year history. Last year we were able to give out $50,000 and our goal in 2020 is to be in a position to release over $50,000 in scholarships. This is only possible because of the 32 HOPE Fund Sponsorships we currently have. There are currently 7 HOPE Fund Sponsors in SWF and we are excited to announce that we have just added Matrix as our newest area Sponsorship.
We cannot thank Mike & Sandy Currid enough for having their company support our efforts in the area. You can learn more about their company by going to https://www.matrixpmo.com/.
